- 针对自来水厂传统次氯酸钠投加方式投加量不准、效率低的问题,建立了一套次氯酸钠自动投加系统。该系统以PLC控制系统为核心,配置各类投加设备和仪表,对次氯酸钠投加影响因素进行分析,自动计算次氯酸钠投加量,以此建立精准投加系统模型,并将其应用至A水厂。试运行数据表明,该系统能够提高A水厂出厂水余氯稳定性,降低工人操作强度,并节省药耗成本。
- Abstract:
- To solve the problems of inaccurate dosage and low efficiency in traditional dosing methods, a set of automatic sodium hypochlorite dosing system is applied in waterworks. Based on PLC control system, the system is equipped with various dosing equipment and instruments to analyze the influencing factors of sodium hypochlorite dosing, automatically calculate the dosage amount, and establish an accurate dosing system model, which is applied to A waterworks. The trial operation data show that the system can improve the stability of residual chlorine in A waterworks, reduce the workload of workers, and reduce the cost of chemical consumption.
